Written plainly, because this is the part people actually need.
What delivery costs
Nothing. Delivery is complimentary on every order, to every country we ship to. There is no minimum and no surcharge for express.
How long it takes
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day leave us the same day. After that, the next working day.
Germany: 1–3 working days.
Rest of the EU: 2–5 working days.
United States: 3–6 working days.
You will receive tracking by email the moment the parcel is collected. If an estimate slips, we write to you with a revised date rather than waiting for you to ask.
Taxes and duties
Prices shown on this site include VAT. For orders delivered outside the EU, any import duties or local taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, so there is nothing to settle on the doorstep.
Returns — 60 days
You have 60 days from the day you receive your order to send it back, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. We cover the return postage.
Write to store@calavena.com with your order number and we will send a prepaid label the same day. Once the parcel reaches us we refund the full amount to your original payment method, normally within three working days.
This 60-day window is something we offer voluntarily. It sits on top of your statutory right of withdrawal and does not replace or limit it — see Right of withdrawal.
If something arrives damaged
Send us a photograph and your order number. We will send a replacement immediately — we do not ask you to return the damaged one first, and we do not ask you to pay anything.
Guarantee
Calavena gives a voluntary three-year guarantee on the electronics and battery, running from the date of delivery. If the product stops working properly in normal domestic use, we repair or replace it at no cost to you.
It does not cover accidental damage, ordinary wear to the band, or units that have been opened.
Your statutory rights are unaffected. As a consumer you always have the rights of conformity provided by law, free of charge, for at least two years. This guarantee is given in addition to those rights and does not restrict them.
