One pair, a USB-C cable, a linen storage bag, and a short printed card explaining how to use it. Nothing else — no shrink wrap, no plastic tray.
Wipe the shell with a barely damp cloth and let it dry before charging. The band can be hand-washed in cool water and dried flat. Do not machine wash, and do not submerge the control unit.
Charge it every few weeks even if you have not used it — batteries prefer not to sit empty.
We ship from within the EU and from a partner in the United States. Delivery is complimentary on every order, and you will receive tracking as soon as the parcel leaves us.
You may return your order within 60 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Write to us first and we will send a prepaid label. This 60-day window is offered voluntarily and sits on top of the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which is unaffected.
Calavena gives a voluntary three-year guarantee on the electronics and battery of this product, valid in Germany, the wider EU and the United States, from the date of delivery. If it stops working properly in normal domestic use we will repair or replace it at no cost. Write to store@calavena.com with your order number.
The guarantee does not cover accidental damage, wear to the band, or units that have been opened.
Your statutory rights are unaffected. As a consumer you always have the legal rights of conformity provided by law, free of charge, and this guarantee does not limit them in any way.
